- Carstenz Pyramid condition & Weather is un predictable, it can be 1-3 days raining, snowing, and Cloudy.
- Base Camp to summit track condition is sand, rock, sliding rock, water slide, and sometimes snow.

RESERVATIONS
- To confirm reservation 50 % of the logistics costs as agreed between us will be paid by bank transfer to designated account in not earlier than 60 days and not later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- The balance 50 % will be paid 15 days before the trip- all receipts / invoices for cash or bank transfers will be prepared on the name clients – all costs and arrangements discussions between us are to remain confidential and under no circumstances to be discussed with third parties.
- Written confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt your payment.
CANCELLATIONS
- In the event that a climber cancel his/her reservation in 30 days before the trip, will incure 30% cancellation fees from the total amount trip price.
- Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days before the trip, will incure 50% cancellation fees from the total amount trip price.
- Cancellation less then 15 days non refunable.

TREKKING COSTS INCLUDE:
- Hotel accommodation twin sharing on bed as per itinerary. (Timika/Nabire onwards and upon return to Timika/Nabire)

- All Permit fee.

COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:

- Alcoholic beverages, laundry, telephone and items of a purely personal nature,
- Indonesia re-entry visa fee US $25/pax, upon arrival Indonesia.
